Sometimes I have patients with such bad breath that it literally makes me almost gag. I think to myself "god dont let me gad now"!

I never say anything, would you and would you want to know if you had butt breath?

are you a hospital cleaner? why do you think smell, poverty, madness have a nationality? not long ago, when i was in high school most somali students had only one uniform and wore it every day. big somali families live in a two bedroom in a project housing and not everyone had the opportunity to have a shower in the morning and imagine their odour during summer? somali students used to be singled out for bad odour. personal hygine is not a somali strength. teachers used to buy deaodarants for somali students otherwise the class will smell like a refugee camp. if you live like that, you can withstand working in a sewage plant.

if you smell, you are not capable of smelling others. do somali people afford to go to a dentist for regular oral hygine checkups like cleaning, fillings? no. most have rotten teeth and smelly mouths. don't punish me for telling like it is.

Walle ben bad shegtay. I was in miyi and I have seen them they have cristal teeth. Unless you have seen qad chewers.
