Berbera being the largest port (in the north) as well as the entire infrastructure in Hargesia roads to and from the port and a airport ect. waqooyi has been a proirity in the North. Considering Siad has contributed greateness for the people of Waqooyi Galbeed it is only honorable a statue is erected in his honor in the city of Hargesia, Somalia.

Siad Barre also blew up all that infrastructure in the late '80s with his air force. I don't think Somaliland owes him much of anything.

Siad being the Grim Ripper has allocated Somalias resources in the north entirely to Waqooyi Galbeed, Hargesia and Berbera specific and neglected all other regions in the North. Little to no damage has been done. Issaqs DID NOT BUILD BERBERA PORT NOR THE HARGESIA AIRPORT.

The entire infrustracture roads, airports, hospital and ect including a port was paid by the Somali government. You havent done much except build homes, hotels ect. Appreciate what Somalia has given you.
