Whats going wrong with Young Somali Couples

Post by LUTENANT_XAMZA »

These days getting married is jokes walahi, u're at the wedding and 2 months later u hear they divorced. Whats all this hype about weddings and why so many young somali couples cant stay together long enough like our moms and dads. Do u think if we were back home things would be different or is it this western society thats changed our morals.
And how long should people know each other b4 they start a family.

no silly comments yea guys

4realz i know wa u saying.. but in general couples who get married b4 they 24 are twice as likely to get a divorce.

but i reckon they all on this dumb hype with marriage... or maybe they just all sexually frustrated.. aint too sure.

the thing that confuses me is.. dont all these fools who are quick to get married know that half ur deen is about ur marriage.. and that u get so much reward if even if the love is gone if u stay together 4 the sake of Allah..

but how long they should know each other b4... 4 me i would have to say the minimum 2 years..

but insha'alla i would never want to rush into marriage.. and im against divorce n that.. i dont believe init.. but i guess no 1 does do they...

To be honest the question isn’t easy to answer.

But these factors affect most young couple.

Finance – Family means caring and sharing
Age – When two people are the same age is mostly the girl who’s more mature.
Trust – Most young men still chasing skirt even though they got a lovely sexy clean wife at home.

And sometimes tribes can play a major role in a marriage breakdown especially when your own flesh and blood are gossiping about your soul mate.

If you are going to marry someone make sure you're ready for all the drama that comes with it. Especially when you marry a sexy woman even your own neighbour wants to cut her up.

Asalamu Alaykum

There are many many factors which consequently lead a couple to go down the road of getting a divorce. Maybe it's because they just aren't compatible or maybe its because they aren't financially stable or mentally ready.

As for the financial thing, I don't see how it would be a problem for those who have eeman and faith that Allah subhana wa ta'ala can both fill a house and yet at the same time empty it. He is the provider and it's he who we should ask help for.

Before looks, personality, wealth potential spouses should look at whether they are spiritually compatible with one another. I mean a marriage where for example a husband prays 5+ and the wife doens't, 99% they are unlikely to have a strong marriage but you know Allah 3llam (Allah knows).

But no-one should be scared about getting married young or not hesistant because it stops many young people falling into the trap of shaytaan! It's recommend by our nabi sallahu alayhi wasalaam to marry young and if you are able to you have no excuses not too.

LooooooooooooooooooooL@GNVQ Foundation in Health&Social care. Y'all noticed every Xaliimo and Cambaro does that. Every Faarax and Jaamac do BTEC First in Computers/Business. Ceeb badanaa!

Anyways marriages shouldn't be rushed. Those who rush it are more likely to regret and end up being GAROOB. Masaakiina!
