So long she knows the father, the kid isn't garac atleast in somali term. Islamicly yes.

But you know us somalis have always had a long standing relation with these sort of misfortunates. Loose interperation of Islam was always the way to go in somalia, unlike the arabs who honor kill the daughter for stepping out of line.
