New office for Bosaso port for more efficiency

The ministries of Finance, Fisheries & Ports and the Puntland Central Bank have built a common office for the Bosaso port to increase the efficiency of the busy and bustling port. Way to go Puntland! Bosaso needs to attract more investment. We allready got Kililka 5aad and up to Hiiraan making use of Bosaso's port.
