There is part of the country that a rival administration can base itself.

numbers aint nothing. If numbers counted for anything a billions arabs would have overrun the 3 millions jews in the middile east.

Hawiye dont have the guns, money or the TRAINED AND SKILLED manpower to damage the TFG and its international allies.

There is no shipments of arms coming in. The capture of Muqdisho destroyed that avenue.

There are no foreign advisers and trainers coming in to teach the Hawiye the most efficient use of ambushes and manufacture and planting of road bombs.

A few mortars lobbed more in hope than expectation of accuracy will not destroy the TFG and its international allies.

The only way out of this mess is negotiation with the government and complete disarmament and use of the ballot box and political means to effect change.
