Dude, if you want the truth, I don't think it has to do with clan (not that the dhabacyo are known for their bravery), but Biijo is in a league of his own. When the freedom fighters hit Villa-Somalia, I heard Af-Biijo had a heart attack and that is one of the reasons he is in Adis now.

As for the Dhabayaco playing with fire, for the next few years Dhabayaco would be the targets of all patriotic Somalis. I know there are many good Dhabayacos but why are they quite if they don't agree the massacres of the civilians in Muqdisho.
