The biggest sin in Islam is shirk, which is not believing the oneness of Allah subhana wa ta'ala! This major sisn is not forgiven by our almighty lord!

LET ME REPEAT THIS SIN IS NOT FORGIVEN!

Do not read horoscopes however tempting it may be! Everything is written for you even that you are gonna make du'as to change something is alrady written!

Now you know it will be a sin if you go out and read horoscopes!

SubhanAllah, keep telling them and maybe given them material to red so it goes in!

Obviously they weren't sinning but when you told them and they carried on they are!
There's many things which come under shirk and we it is fard upon us to know because we can read and write etc.
For example when you have problms you don't turn to anyone except Allah first, I don't consider this to be shirk but shows you have imaan!

Don't by magazines- you are not salvs of fashion and gossip which both are haraam but slaves of Allah subhana wa ta'ala, buy a Islamic literature and submerge yourself in only your deen!

Newspapers- No point, time waster, you will be aske dhow you spent your time in this dunya, you can keep up with news using bbc.co.uk also newspaper contain fitnah. Not good for us!

it is a bit of a dificult one tho... coz when im traveling... im either reaching for a paper or mag.. and i like to see what the celebs are babbling on bout... i wanted to be a journalist thats why...
