Recently in puntland regions there has being considerable amount of migration from southern somalia especially those who belong to the haawiye clan... these people coming in their hundreds or perhaps even thousands to puntland cities such as Galkayo,garoowe. theire plan was to start trouble in peaceful and prosperouse commercial city of boosaaso, but due to puntlands strong security meatures and tight police protection they were luckily caught in galkayo puntlands southern city some were even caught in garoowe. those caught were arrestested, jailed, investigated and sent back, but during the interagation puntland police officials found weapons with these disguised travelers, such as bombs, they had arranged plans to destabilise puntlands security. many people specificaly those of southern regions, believed this to be a clan war puntland was doing against their southern brethren, but this was outragiouse as puntland is known for welcoming refugees into its cities....

there are also reports of boats full of weapons caught on puntland coast....
