I left in 1967.
I had kids in my classes from 9 years of age to 19, boys and girls.
I never really understood how they stood it. They were in class with me from 7 to noon with a break for breakfast, and then in dugsi all afternoon, six days a week.
I should correct that. They were in class six days a week. I only taught five days a week so I could get into Kismayo every other week and work on outside projects.
