Every time when there is war between Somaliland vs Puntland they stop it after 1 or 2 hours and their casualties are very low

Compare it to the south of Somalia the war continues days and the death will skyrocket

Costa.. the problem is.. Puntland never fight propperly.. they attack while being heavily armed and they get chased out by a hand full of isaaq worriors.. If puntland could put up a real fight you would see some serious consequences..
