I find it funny that Geedi; a known financer of the USC in its early days and a close ally of Ali Mahdi would receive such a warm welcome in Bosaso. Don't the dhabacyo know that Geedi, Ali Mahdi, M. Dheere, Qeybdiid, Qanyare, Sudi, & Jeele were all USC men, whose militias used to hunt for Daarood families who remained in Mogadishu after 1991?

Salaad Cali Jeele joined the USC from Ethiopia the same time that M. Farah Aideed did and was a close aide to Farah Aideed until his death in 1996. Jeele was a USC foot soldier and later a military strategist in the Daarood Vs. Hawiye wars of 1991-1992.

M. Dheere & Ali Mahdi are both wanted for the massacring of large numbers of Gaalgale & Daarood families in Mahamud Mire school in 1991, survivors say even little boys were shot by the Abgaal militias as ordered by Ali Mahdi.

Why are these Daarood murderers hailed as great leaders by the Majeerteen? Don't they know that these men killed and looted the Daarood?

I dont know if the stuff you wrote is true. But I bear no ill-will towards any of those people. Or even the ones who are proven and self-confessed murderers.

From What I know Geeddi was a university teacher completely innocent of internecine disputes. But god knows. In any case Somalia's government is one of national reconciliation and tribal power-sharing. No tribe can choose the leaders of the other. If Abgaal choose war criminals that is their choice. They will rightfully point at CY and call him a war criminal.

What reconciliation & forgiveness are you people talking about when these criminals never apologized or paid repariations for their crimes? They never reached out to the people they massacred, they never showed any sign of regret and some of them actually gained from the destruction of Daarood families e.g. Jeele who became a realtor after 1996 from selling the properties of Daarood families whom he helped chase out of Mogadishu.

Why do some Daarood still support these war criminals and what sort of a government allows them to flourish in their midst?

I remember how Cilmiile, Kambuli, Cawar and other TFG supporters used to accuse the ICU of being "USC" and now they talk about forgiveness? Walee waa cajiib.

Cilmiile is on this forum everyday shrieking about the ICU invaded Daarood lands and the usual villifying attempts all the while supporting the actual murderers of Daarood.

Where is Daaroodnimo? Where is Wadaninimo? Why are you bunch supporting known criminals who murdered your people and other people?

I am always amazed by the double-standards of my clansmen. One moment they are getting hysterical about "ICU=USC", "ICU wants to invade Daarood lands" ,etc. And here they are blindly supporting these Abgaal Mafiosos who never apologized for their ways. What a bunch of hypocrits.
