D'you know why? Because he struck a deal with them to collaborate and never joined the "Ururka Argagaxiso La Dirirka", so of course they offered him immunity! Same thing with Cumar Finish, he gave up his militia and stayed in Mogadishu a free man. Also, Morgan was a free man in Mogadishu during the ICU days, they gave him back his villa in Madina and he stayed there for many months.
