1.Extermination of the native Americans
How else were we suppose to impose our will?
2.Slavery of Blacks
The Somalis were slave traders. Seylac was a major port of debarkation. I guess we're even huh_
3.anexetion of California and Mexico from Spaniards & Mexicans.
A great victory. Notice Mexico does not harbor irredentist claims and has not started an insurgency there.
4.delibearate bombing of Japan.
Need I remind you who started the war? Who bombed who first? How the Japanese treated our POWs? How the Japanese treated our Chinese allies???
5.Causing of instability in Nicaragua,Haiti,Panama and currently Venezuela.
Only when the situation called for it. We never "caused" instability, but often were able to exploit it to keep out the reds or further our geopolitical interests.
List is endless.
As if the case with Somalia.

So you mean you think that will will work annexing lands around the globe.
2.Slavery of Blacks

Basicaly it was the Ethiopians who used to bring them while Arabs took them
So Somalis were just middlemen
3.anexetion of California and Texas from Spaniards & Mexicans.
A great victory. Notice Mexico does not harbor irredentist claims and has not started an insurgency there.
They are just waiting for the day they will be even.
4.delibearate bombing of Japan.
Need I remind you who started the war? Who bombed who first? How the Japanese treated our POWs? How the Japanese treated our Chinese allies???
since when did you have chineese as friends were they not treated as inhumanely the only trade they were allowed to engage in was laundry, running brothels etc
The second thing is when the Japanese surrendered why did you guys nuke them?
why did you destroy Heroshima and Nagasaki.
5.Causing of instability in Nicaragua,Haiti,Panama and currently Venezuela.

As if the case with Somalia.
the case with somalia is pretty the same.
ITS no longer an Ethiopian Affair.
IT was the US that led to the fall of the Former govt.
IT was US that in the pretext of bringing peace to somalia in the 1990's created further instability.
You guys created several warlords.
Damped toxic wastes in our coastal strip and burried some in Baidoa.
took loads of uranium deposits.
forced Ethiopia to invade Somalia.
You think that it will be easy for conaco & Texaco to drill oil in the region when your supposed goal is achieved.

Re: Interesting article - worth the read
Presumably the French hate America because of its huge power and economy?
America has its good and bad parts. for all its great wealth, I am always struck by the disparity between its rich (incidently, white) citizens and the down-trotten, poor and deprived (mostly blacks) citizens.
If you ask me: would you want to live in China, Russia, France of USA, I would always choose the latter.

Yep. BTW we did not dump any toxic wastes off Somali shores. We did not take any uranium deposits. We did not force Ethiopia to invade Somalia. Get off the crack.

Re: Interesting article - worth the read
Mad mac we well know Ethiopia has no options other than to abide by American laws.
Coz 60% of their annual budget is covered by donors who mostly is USA.
Ethiopia was forced by USA or else a regime change would have ensued.
the crimes you guys did in Somalia is not just black hawk down.
Its everthing that explains the current woes and dispalcement.
Know you think that the 'Al qaida' holy wood creation will work in Somalia?
As for Japan read the history well.
declasified documents show how the Japanese had surrenderd as they had lost the war and the Americans used Atomic bomb then accepted the surrender.
So how does it feel when you guys used them as gunie pigs.

It's funny how people just make things up. Where does this 60% figure come from???? The US provides Ethiopia with 400 mil plus in aide. You think their annual budget is just 700 million dollars?
"the crimes you guys did in Somalia is not just black hawk down."
Actually I fought in that battle and it was the SNA committing the crimes.
"Its everthing that explains the current woes and dispalcement.
Know you think that the 'Al qaida' holy wood creation will work in Somalia?"
So you are telling me that Somalis are not responsible for Somalia being a mess?

Again, no proof. But I would not care. The name of the game is being top dog, and we are.

Re: Interesting article - worth the read
Addis Ababa – Ethiopia’s Council of Ministers has proposed a 35.4bn birr (about $4.1bn) budget from 2006/07 to accelerate the country’s development, said the state-run media agency on Wednesday.
"The budget aims at accelerating the Second Five-Year Development Plan which aims at ending poverty and enhancing economic development," the state-run Ethiopian News Agency said
Ethiopia, ranked as the seventh poorest country in the world, had a budget of 30bn birr for the previous fiscal year. The next budget year, which starts in July, would be funded by taxes to the tune of 23.3bn birr, with the rest coming from loans and grants.
The government said 16bn birr would be for capital expenditure, like development programmes, and 9.5bn birr for regular expenditure, such as administration. About 9.8bn birr would be used as subsidies for regional states.
The massive budget increase might not be well received though. Ethiopia is one of the countries that received debt relief under the highly indebted poor countries (HIPC) initiative that has slid back into unsustainable debt levels according to a World Bank report.
The Ethiopian economy has averaged 7 percent growth over the last three years according to government reports, but there is much speculation that this growth was largely inflated through poorly managed government spending.

That's interesting. Guess you'll have to live with this evil a long time huh?
