Everybody knows Hargeisa has real luxury hotels
Thats why Under-Secretary-General Egeland of United Nations
and 9 / 10 NGOs prefer Somaliland as base .
They even allocate money going to starving puntlanders from Hargeisa Laughing
You see they dont trust puntland admin .

Didn't Bob Geldof visit Somaliland ?
