So if the TFG were able to bring Stability and security to Somalia, and if a real representative government actually, eventually became a reality (I know, it's a reach, work with me here) that would be bad for Somalia? But if there is incessant violence, killing, rapine, etc. that would be good for Somalia? Allrighty.
