Where are the AU troops? No country is willing to send their troops to Somalia (known fact). The Mbagathi war criminals will never rule Somalia, peacefully or otherwise, because they have no interest in a functioning government. Why? Because a functioning government means responsibility & a certain degree of law and order. War criminals do not want to be prosecuted for their crimes against their people.
