I called them to see if we can get a date reserved for next summer's wedding reception, a friend of a friend told me we need to book in advance or risk having no vacancy, I laughed at him assuming this is Africa after all, got the phone number and called a reservation agent who spoke English and Somali both fluently, was shocked to findout that the whole summer calender is filled with weddings until August of this year! many brides&grooms from Somaliland and the diaspora are getting hitched at the Ambassodar Hotel, I dont have the number to Mansuur Hotel to call for information,

do they charge extra for Faqash weddings?

What on earth! Who booked it? I guess we now await news reports from Saudi Arabia about "Tarxiil".

There is this new beutiful classic place for weddings in Hargeisa, i saw it on some pictures....

. There is nothing bad about Mansoor.

It's bit conservative and religious. If you want booty shaking wedding..maansoor ain't the place.

Check Panorama. A lot of people have their weddings there.
