(SomaliNet) Orange Democratic Movement (ODM) leader Raila Odinga said on Thursday that a much-delayed Kenyan coalition cabinet will be announced on Sunday, reporting progress in the negotiations.
\"We have had, as you can see, a very lengthy discussion with President (Mwai) Kibaki...These issues require time to be discussed so that an agreement is reached,\" he said after meeting the president.
\"I think that today we have agreed on some issues on the size of the cabinet, the details of which are going to be released shortly,\" he added.
\"We have agreed to announce the cabinet on Sunday and the cabinet will be sworn in on Saturday the week after,\" he said.-AFP
