Somalia: Unknown men kill ex-army official

(SomaliNet) Eyewitnesses said unknown armed groups have shot dead in Afgoi district a renowned former army official on Sunday night.

According to the witnesses, Col. Jabhad was killed at Khat selling market.

“He was hit six rounds of bullets; he fell on the ground and suddenly died” Eyewitness Mohamed Nor Haji said.

The killing of this officer comes as IDP man was similarly killed in the similar district.-Mareeg
