The Makings of a Second Darfur

Rape, mass killings, carpet bombing whole towns, cutting supplies like water and food from people, stealing their herds, all these things are happening in Ogaden. Yet the most attention it got was when the Human Rights said that the people down there have it rough, it never said how Ethiopia is the cause of all this, it said due to the on going war between ONLF and Ethiopian Government the people are living like this.

My question is even if it gets worst than Darfur do you think it will ever get the same level of attention as Darfur is getting right now? I don't think so, and its all because of the American Foriegn Policy, if America viewed Ethiopa the same way it does to Sudan then things would've been different.

^^^sxb you think Darfur is getting attention because of the Africans suffering?No its the oil,,West wants regime change there so they can get the all the oil,..There are indications that US might even use ethiopia to do the dirty job ,but Eritrea is the biggest obstacle facing them.

Yeah I know, its because of the american policy that Darfur is getting all this attention.
