Israel are in distress. Umar Suleiman is made vice president however he will become president automatically if Husni steps down!

Sulaiman doesn't put Israel in distress. They know him very well. They would love it if he came to power. What would put them in distress is a new civil leader, they know nothing of, and has Egypt's best interest at heart.
