Looks like a glorified oversized iphone to me. Reckon this is the most useless invention ever, if your at home why not just use a laptop? Might even do dreamcast on them and actually destroy apple like it destroyed sega. But then again theres so many apple fanatics, that would buy an Ishit (interactive shit) if apple put their logo on it.

SXb, Ipod saved them from going bankrupt, so they want to milk it as much as they can. You had ipod, iphone now a ipad. Walle without the ipod nobody would've heard from Apple

i'm a sucker for apple products... this looks cool..i'll probably get it...but will wait untill the first buying rush is over with....and people start to find out any hidden problems..

i wonder how much it costs though...prolly an arm and a leg.

It costs between 500 and 800 dollars, ranging in 3g capability, memory etc. Absolute rip off as you'd probably buy a decent laptop for that much. The thing has quite a big screen, therefore not very useful as a portable device.

Personally I wont be duped into buying that. Laptop is enough for home use and mobile phone is good for use on the move.

I guess this can be used as a netbook...The least expensive is about 5 bills but I believe it's overkill. And then they'll be out with an iphone 4G in a few months

The reviews are mostly good. I think it'll sell well. But I'm not buying one. I'll wait until I win it in a competition or get it on the cheap from some passing crack addict.

how's the macbook air? i was so close to buying one, but when i saw that it does't have cd/dvd/drive burner i got the regular macbook instead.

Rogers/Fido and Telus...basically the same carriers that already support the iphone services..
