INstead of the TFG we need to have South Somalia Regional Government. With the exclusive purpose and focus of governing and sorting out the south central regions. When they have done this there will be talks between Somaliland, Puntland and SSRG as to how to proceed. TFG doesnt do anything for Puntland or Somaliland anyway + it will get rid of the need for all the mirage 'states' e.g. mareeg, hiiraan etc.
