The little kids here(US) and speaking somali..sharing time

Afters months of calling my little cousins "americans " (they think its the worst thing you can say to them) one of the three, the youngest, tried to learn somali and has been...so he has been making fun of the older ones yesterday i wanted to share their fight ...


he said to me (imagine a chubby 5 year old very adorable..)

zaki: "walal sam is american she don't know somali, she not know isi, iidhiib that mean give me, she don't know ana leh, she american she not somali wallhi billahi"

sam: zaki im not american you idiot im from somali...

zaki: you american you baby...you don't speak somali.. you whitegirl (he heard me say that to hear..doesn't know what it means )

sam starts to cry ...we all know is she is acting..she wants to be "just like hillary duff form disney channel" as she puts it

i tell her to stop crying and act like a big girl...

she gets up and says to little kid "is this american you little baby" ...and punches him in the stomach...

he falls on the bed and she runs to the living room to grandmother (because he can beat her ass up)

so he gets up and says "i not want to be somali no more....i be american and bet her up"

that made my day wallhi

sam is short for samiya...

we always called them by that

war the mother does speak somali..but i mean not around them..dude i recently learned somali that well..couple of years ago....you can blame the parents and cartoon network

but im proud to say they do know their qabil thanks to me...

wa nin cigale ah waryaa qarabso....im told them because this little girl showed off to them infornt of many people..recieting her abtris....and saying she is marexaan then reer diini then reer dalal and so on.....i can let her do that to my favorite cousins...the next day....they presented their qabils and were awarded with a trip to old country buffet (seriously)
