Woqoyi accent is not just for issaaq there are man clans Majeerteen reer bicidyahan in hawd and majeerteen cumar maxamuud speak just like the reer woqoyi particularly the one in wardheer, they use the r and dh correctly. They can pronounce KH, their accent is very clear the volcubary is the same. Also with the ogaden of the reer isaaq they speak the same as the rest of the reer woqoyi. the same with dhulbahante warsangali , and to some extend reer bari.

YES IT IS OFFENSIVE TO NORTHERNERS, IT MEANS THEY MADE A MISTAKE JOINING THE SOUTH HENCE QALDAAN OR QALDAAMIIN. WALAWEYN IS KIND FUNNY. THAT LITTLE TOWN GOT MORE VOTES THAN HARGEYSA DUE TO VOTER FRAUD AND THEY SAID WAR DEE WALAWEYNTII INAGA BADIYEEN

Yeah, all northerners, whether in the northeast or northwest, speak varieties of the Northern Somali dialect. This is the Standard or Common Somali one usually encounters in textbooks, government publications, mainstream media, etc.khalid ali wrote:Woqoyi accent is not just for issaaq there are man clans Majeerteen reer bicidyahan in hawd and majeerteen cumar maxamuud speak just like the reer woqoyi particularly the one in wardheer, they use the r and dh correctly.
