Exactly.
I didn't say, it has happened. I said, WHAT IF IT HAPPENED, where the politicians, elders, clan elders and so forth decided to separate from SOMALILAND. Would it be something that will be looked as an "okay" issue or will they be forced to be with SOMALILAND?
Let me ask you a question are isaaq allowed to separate them self’s from Somaliland?Hypothetically speaking

Of course, why not?
Somalis are consisted of CLANS, and no clan can infringe another clan's desires. If Isaaq wants to breakaway from the rest of the Somalis, then they can. Now, as I said that, the hypothetical question is (and I still have not heard a YES or a NO from anyone), CAN any particular clan (Whether it is Habr Jecl, Habr Yunis, Gedobursi, Habr Awal, Dhuloz, Warsans, and so forth) wants to separate from Somaliland, CAN THEY OR THEY CAN'T...AND why?

Hypothetically everything is possible , the gadabuursi from Djibouti can also break away from Djibouti ?
But the reality is different.

True.
But, right now, the situation that has occurred in Somaliland (Which is yet to be a COUNTRY, unlike Djibouti). Do you think, it's morally correct for the Gedobursi to once and for all, to say AWDALLAND, after 20 years under the shade of SOMALILAND?

Remember Somalia was once a country , so a country doesn’t become a country if one say its a country, it’s a country because of its people. Somalia is a country now , But look at it now, Gadabuursi can say whatever they want Hypothetically any clan can say whatever he wants with in Somaliland from ciise to dhulbahante , But there is a constitution in Somaliland. Do you think morally its correct for affars to say in Djibouti after 3 decades we want our own affarland.

YES.
Apparently, they are satisfied with what's going on in Djibouti. Frankly, the Gedobursi, Dhulbahante and the Warsangeli are somehow aggressive towards SOMALILAND, even though Somaliland is yet to become a COUNTRY. You mentioned the "Constitution". Does that stop a tribe to separate from a country or a regional administration?

Yes, they can and they should declare their own regional government and it looks like that is in the process. If Somalia is divisible so is SL. This is the main reason we need to reject all secessionist projects and work on to restore our Somali Republic.
