First off, the term "suicide bombings" is an insulting term. They are called martydom operations, Istishaad. As for the Islamic ruling for it, the scholars have deliberated, and i agree with the scholars who say in certain circumstances, it is ok.

How about attacking places where you know dozens of civilians will be killed, in order to kill one "taaghut" (education minister for example)? How about bombing non combatants in states whose armies are fighting in Somalia? How about the frequency of their implementation of the huduud?

These are the things i speak of when i oppose them Islamically. This is where the culemaa have distanced themsleves from Al-shabaab.
