It's pathetic to say it happened in the rest of the world so it's unavoidable. They did a great job except for that important part of drought prevention. And if the government is not responsible for it's citizens well being then what is the purpose of having a government? If they can't provide the basics of feeding every single citizen how can they call themselves a government?
Yeah your right. The idiot couldnt even stop or "prevent" the EL Nino weather system that has had an impact on the entire planet. What a failure he is!.
Yes he is a failure so is any leader before and after him that ignores and does not address the issue in the long term.
