Ina Adeer, two questions. I see this constitution is signed by Marhuumin, Aden Cadde iyo Cabdirashiid Cali Sharmarke, is it still valid and operational? Mise the new constitution over-rides the article of dual citizenship? If it is valid, we will all lose our Somalis citizenship because very few of us are willing to denounce our foreign passports, but how did the Somali politicians from Europe, North America to Austral-Asia manage to go back to Somalia and hold top positions of power? If you are born to a Somali father from the 4 major clans or Rahanwayn/Mahibaan/Yibir, you are Somali. Anything else is nonsense. It doesn't matter if have a Somali mother and have lived in Somalia for 300 years.

There are Somalis who have lived in gulf countries for over 30 years and are still considered foreigners and non-citizens.
