Kaleeey....WHY Do WHITe people look good even in Misery?

I am looking at these white people suffering in Hurricane Ike-- and they still look good. There is no suffering in their eyes or appearance, even though they have lost everything. But Africans--or madoow -Katrina for example- they look like dirty third world country devasted with farmine and disease. In Katrina u will never swear the madoow or adoons were americans. I think White people can handle disaster with dignity. What do you think?
