Bernanke seems to be intentionally optimistic.

I think the economy will NOT improve until late 2010. That my predictions based on market frequency and american historical recession trend. I saw him on 60 minutes, he seems abit confused and eager to appear optimistic. Which is not a bad idea-- fear can make the economy worst.
