This is from the ICU not Alshabaab. besides what is there to train? just about every adult male in Somalia can aim and shoot AK-47. the only thing Alshabaabb can train new recruiters is how to conduct terrorist operations like suicide bombings and roadside bombs which maim mostly innocent civilians.
