You can act easy with or without a hijab. I do not wear a hijab.
The assumption that just because someone wears a hijab is always better than someone that doesn't is not fair and is incorrect. I know people who wear a hijab who hardly act muslim-like, and those without it who aren't any better.

I actually had this image as an avatar a little while back... I understood it as a simple metaphor- Hijaab when used correctly in compliance with the precise etiquette of a Muslimah can safeguard you from lots of iniquity and immoral misconduct but, it’s not to say that girls who don’t wear Hijaab are sinister or act morally wrong.
