Sialkot: Two Innocent Brothers Killing, Is This The Real Face Of Police?

There is a most shocking story that comes from Sialkot, Pakistan that two innocent teenage brothers killed brutally in the presence of Sialkot police. Is this the real face of police?. All the they did is just a minor dispute while playing cricket.
