Why is Eritrea hated by the west?

I have just noticed that Eritrea doesnt have many friends in Europe and not certainly USA. I did a little research and they are even sanctioned by USA for supporting rebels in Somalia. Does anybody know how Eritrea- Somali relations are? They also have a border dispute with Djibouti and Ethiopia.

Eritrea is hated by the West because they refused useless aid from UN and other corrupt White-controlled NGO groups. Very interesting, i think Somalia could have good use of eritrea as a ally. Eritrea although a small country has the largest army in sub sahara Africa. They are also practising a little communism/socialism since everything in Eritrea is state owned. Reminds me of Somalia in the mid 70´s
