Southern political parties endorse 'South Sudan' as state's new name

Following the proposal of ‘South Sudan' as  the new name for the state by the Sudan People's Liberation Movement (SPLM) earlier this week, a meeting of all political parties in south Sudan  have endorsed the name on Wednesday in the all-party meeting being held in Juba. Speaking to press, Vice President of the Government of Southern Sudan, Dr. Riek Machar Teny, said that the conference will further discuss issues of flag, currency, and review of the interim constitution of southern Sudan.

Meanwhile, chairman of the SPLM- Democratic Change, Dr. Lam Akol Ajawin, told to Radio Miraya that the meetings will discuss the future of southern Sudan.

Stupid bantus, they should have come with better name.
