No, Sheikh Sharif named him the TFG's envoy to the EU the day he became president. Even though Abdullahi Yusuf tried to fight against it, Nuur Cadde is the man who said he is the head of government and unilaterally negotiated the TFG's part in the Djibouti conference that saw Abdullahi Yusuf kicked out and Sheikh Sharif as president.Cumar-Labasuul wrote:voltage, is nuur cadde still a minister in the tfg?

President Yusuf dethroned himself. Whereas President Yusuf saw the Islamists as radicals the international community classified the Islamists into moderates and radicals, so yes his refusal to strike a deal with an opposition the international community saw as moderates caused him his seat.Voltage wrote:He is the best for the job out of any Sheikh Sharif could have picked but he is probably the most powerless prime minister since the TFG started because of the Kampala Accord.
As of now the most powerful prime minister has been Nuur Cadde, the man who dethroned Abdullahi Yusuf as president, and Abdiwali Gaas will be the most powerless prime minister, the man who can't even name a single minister with the consent of both the president and speaker of parliament.
