Cabdiweli Maxamed Cali, A New Dawn for Somalia

Post by Monk-of-Mogadishu »

All of Somaliweyn is excited about the direction of the country under the new blood and our president Sheikh Shariif Sheikh Axmed. This is the decision and moment Somalis have waited for 20 years in the making. Previous Somali prime ministers were all politico blood suckers who had even gone to school to further sharpen their political credibility alone, but young Cabdiweli is an economist and a former student of international trade. Just the guy Somalia needs. Political wheeling and dealing are yesterday's way of business, today's way of business is business itself. Somalia needs to be uplifted by economic progress not bureaucratic lip service via politics.

Guul to the new dawn and guul to the new premier, Somalia is finally on the right track. :som: :rose:

He is the best for the job out of any Sheikh Sharif could have picked but he is probably the most powerless prime minister since the TFG started because of the Kampala Accord.

As of now the most powerful prime minister has been Nuur Cadde, the man who dethroned Abdullahi Yusuf as president, and Abdiwali Gaas will be the most powerless prime minister, the man who can't even name a single minister with the consent of both the president and speaker of parliament.

No, Sheikh Sharif named him the TFG's envoy to the EU the day he became president. Even though Abdullahi Yusuf tried to fight against it, Nuur Cadde is the man who said he is the head of government and unilaterally negotiated the TFG's part in the Djibouti conference that saw Abdullahi Yusuf kicked out and Sheikh Sharif as president.

Voltage is right, Dr. Abdiwali will not be able to bring his own selected cabinet however premier Farmajo was only able to bring abdiwali into his cabinet everyone else was hand picked by the two blood suckers.

President Yusuf dethroned himself. Whereas President Yusuf saw the Islamists as radicals the international community classified the Islamists into moderates and radicals, so yes his refusal to strike a deal with an opposition the international community saw as moderates caused him his seat.

As for Dr. Abdiwali, one thing he will not end up being is a condom, poor Farmaajo.
