How many of your family members are originally Adeni?

Two of My grandmothers were born in Adan and My dads first cousin was also born in Adan and on my mother side my grandfathers brother was also born in Adan.

Somalilanders most of the time lived macal sheikh cisman iyo tawahi these 3 xafadood in Adan.

a few of my great grandmothers lived there and I think a couple of them were born there.

Yeah,my mom's mother's father is a yemeni from aden,and my mom's mother was born in aden along with all her sisters, i think its just my mom who was born in Hargeisa.

non. my entire family are either from harrow, qalooc or djibouti.

Too many to count! Some came back as qaxootis during yemens civil war in late 60s some are still there!

Mashallah I have two great uncles who are from Aden and my grandmother too. From what I know most reer cadan are habr awal and garxajis.

I think we should give Aden more credit as the second home of many of us.
