Why, you guys have no clue how this works, you have to apply racial politics when you incorporate lower classes of populations into your society, I would import Kikuyu men/women to do the most dirtiest jobs, Xabashi(Amxaar/Tigrey) to do the slightly less undignified jobs, finally I would import Indians/asians to do the university educated jobs for pennies but slowly pushing them out as the native population reeducate itself and get paid the double, this will natural drive away the indian/asians without having to exterminate them.

And there you have it, Somalis will be superior to all their neighbors as a result, The English did it to the Irish, the US did it to Mexico etc etc etc the point is to put Somalis on the map as a upper class race/society by promptly putting people in position where they serve under us, preferably people who neighbor us so they understand it first and foremost.
