Abdiwahaab i always said it but Somalia cant have a prime minister with executive power, Somalia needs one leader , one leader that calls the shot he head of the armed forces the executive leader of the country, now the prime minister can have cabinet sessions with the ministers of the government but only with the approval of the President a semi-presidential constitutional system is what Somalia needs.
