It depends on the whether or not the two or more states clause in the constitution will actually come to fruition and be accepted by all Somalis. You have the Khatuumo problem, you have the half of Mudug problem, add that to Hiiraans insistence of having an own federal state and its a quagmire. But IF by some chance this crazy plan of dividing Hiiraan into two states does not work, then it will most likely opt to join with the Middle Shabeelle and Banadir regions. i agree with you things would go that way. Firstly, there were no political preparation between galgaduud-mudug and hiraan since 94 we didnt even except ahlusunna in matabaan wich is run by hiraan administration, also we picked picked for matabaan a guy who is half/half clan-wise.
