I cannot view the vid right now , but let me tell you about the Danes . Way back in the day {history} they were a tremendous naval threat . Piracy was their game and they invaded England countless times , there's even been a danish king of England . The Englishmen back in those times were just farming peasants . Now do not quote me on this , but I think the start of the british naval superiority throughout history has something to do with the Danes {whether it has to do with a national effort to meet the threat or they've benefited from their{danes} knowledge is up for debate }

Yes, Denmark was a naval power, but before that they were Vikings along with the rest of Scandinavia. They invaded England many times, raped and killed the women and children, they took their possessions, burned their villages and went back home.
