Your favourite salads

Post by Expresso »

I've been trying to consume more filling and healthy meals, and thought salads are good way of getting the best of both.

My favourite salad so far is a simple recipe I made recently:

Diced cucumbers

Diced Tomatoes

A handful of finely chopped parsley- this is key

Some lemon juice

Salad dressing (I like cracked black pepper dressing)

Some chopped mint (optional)

:eat:

If you have any nice recipes or combos, share

Fattoush salad - Lebanese

Normal Somali salad with fried khobz carabi tossed in. Best to use stale bread, more crunchy.

Kelsey Grammer has such a black man voice, I didn't expect it to be him first time I heard this, many years ago.

I saw grown men a few days ago in the food court eating only salads for lunch. I couldn't believe it. There wasn't even any meat in there. Not even any dressing

How do you replace a turkey sandwich or leftover casserole from last night with just a salad?

If you want to lose weight, and eat healthy, eating only a salad for lunch is ridiculous and not the way to go
