Cibraan (Mohammed Sheikh Isxaaq) wants to leave the HJ union and stand on their own feet.
From now on Habar Jeclo is only Ibrahim (Sanbuur) Sheikh Isxaaq and Muse Sheikh Isxaaq.

but you should know that if it breaks out then somaliland is a loser, and its strategic security is compromised .
For HJ they will benefit from a massive land grab, and bililiqso.

If i was in siilanyos shoes i would prevent this as much as could.

The main reason why they left is to do with politics. We all know that Somaliland is a clan based democracy. Cibraan being part of HJ Was not getting anything, because all the other landeer HJ sub clans. So cibraan thought if they are represented separately like Arap sheikh Isxaaq then they would get their fair share without sharing with the rest of HJ. Anyways good luck to them.

no they will never and they can't even do it. but they want to present themselves as isaaq subclan to grab some more power for beesha. if the 4 xabuusho clans act like stand alone isaaq subclans habarjeclo is going to be the most powerful clan in somaliland for centuries
