this video is abit old, goes back to the early days of the conference when local delegations, mps and officials started arriving beledweyne
At this time the governor was in xamar
days ago before his departure, he fired his deputy
But the deputy was against this telling the media that only the interior minister can remove him from his post
Hes the deputy for security and political affairs (first deputy)
He hails from gaaljecel
The deputy for social affairs whos makane has started since then receiving the delegates as the acting governor
During this period, two of them have met at the airport, the djibouti officers have told the new one to stay behind ...thats all
since then, they got informed the real deputy and the old one has disappered totally
hes the guy with the white shirt receiving the delegates
Of course its not their business to involve in the political issues, apparenly it was misunderstanding
haters are bashing djibouti amisom for nothing

To become leaders, you have to pay the cost. When Caydiid was in charge, HG bore the cost. We used to allow all kinds of minor transgressions to keep the focus on the our interests. Like when the Xawadle turned back Caydiid twice from Mogadishu Airport in 1991, he didn't punish them even though the HG were ready to go in and take over the airport. Why? Because he didn't want to create disunity.
So this is a minor issue, but Xawadle have to realize that to become leaders of Hiiraan, they need to spend lots of $$$ make peace with all the clans even those that they feel they can beat because being the boss comes at a cost.

yeas but this was sorted out. Only him appeares nowadays in the media and SNT. The video is abit old and I heard some local folks in the media who r not happy with djibouti due to the liyu police incursion in hiiraan and galgaduud have released it to dahir alasow. They want the army to turn into a USC from hiiraan to galgaduud and be free from the govt and djibouti.StormShadow wrote:So the guy being told to go back is makane?sahal80 wrote: hes the guy with the white shirt receiving the delegates

This was at the airports gate, far from the media bc djibouts dont appear In the reception, we have koofiya cas at there.
Djiboutis mission is to check every body at the gate for having better technology
So when the two of them met at the gate, they put forward the other guy
As soon he arrived the reception he was sent back by koofiya casta and the other guy was called after he contacted the governor who was in xamar at that time.
Misawirkaan waa intuusan noqon ko xigeenka, ninka gacanta taagaya oo markaas ahaa masuul sare
