I have been thinking about it, and the company i worked for before use to match my 401k upto $500 every month. And then they stopped doing that and i had to put money in there on my own.

Right now, the company i am with doesn't have a great retirement plan, but they do offer a great healthcare plan.

Which is more important than retirement at my age.
