It has nothing to do with Sspot, the Sspot was supposed to be place where you can relax and engaged with your fellow Somalis in civil manners but unfortunately the place became oasis for retards/tribalists/ugly ghetto forum where I get headaches from simply responding to the replies. Members constantly derail your type and chain none stop retard replies. At least here is more relax civil which I liked it.

Pray, put your faith in God. Also, write down goals on your journal, try to have a positive mindset.
Do self care, it is very important to take care of yourself ( do exercise, travel, therapy, healthier diet, try to change environments, get some sun, and stay busy). Sometimes, I feel down/sad too, and this works for me.
