The government can no longer afford to get attacked like sitting ducks. I am sure they can move their headquarters to a more secluded area away from public roads and foot traffic. Shabaab is powerful more than ever because not only do they hide behind the shacab but they also take advantage of all the problem facing the people. Where are they getting all government issues ID’s and uniforms from? I smell rats inside.

The government has huge issue with corruption it wasn't long ago some of the military were fighting each other along either clan lines or money interest line as was the case with the UAE trained militia. Progress is being made, but Alshabab is obviously taken advantage of the treason being committed by the likes of Abdishakur and others.
