Now that flesh eating birds have been reported eating ppl in Somalia, has the ecosystem finally collapsed or no?

There are multiple reports of birds snatching children, women and even weak men, eating their brains and face in Somaliland and parts of Somali region of Ethiopia. there have been some deaths and injuries. Some survived attacks by fighting back and killing the birds.
So far people have reported of flesh eating Vultures and Eagles. But other smaller birds such as bats, Falcons, and hawks have been reported to be involved. How can this be real?
Did these animals lost all their habitat and the ecosystem has finally collapsed in Somalia triggering food chain scare. nowhere to go or nothing to eat birds are forced to fight back and eat ppl for survival.
